A Guide on Arrival and Quarantine Procedures:
LIST OF “YELLOW” COUNTRIES IDENTIFIED UNDER IATF RESOLUTION 141-B
Starting October 8, 2021, fully vaccinated individuals coming from “Yellow” List countries/territories/jurisdictions, need to undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of their negative Reverse Transcription – Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) testing taken on the fifth (5th) day. After which, they shall be required to undergo home quarantine until their tenth (10th) day, with the day of arrival being the first day. The Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) shall ensure strict symptom monitoring while in the facility. Non-OFWs and Foreign nationals shall be required to secure their own pre-booked accommodation of at least six (6) days; All other countries/territories/jurisdictions not identified as “Green” or “Red”.

Facility-based quarantine stay – 5 nights and 6 days
RT-PCR testing – 5th day
Home Quarantine – Complete 10 days at home
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
All passengers, except OFWs, must ensure to have a confirmed hotel booking for 6 days.
Fully vaccinated passengers traveling with unvaccinated minors will follow regular testing and quarantine protocols.
Minors should always be accompanied by their parents/guardian throughout the quarantine period. Upon receipt of the Negative RT-PCR Results and Bureau of Quarantine, Quarantine Certificate, passenger can continue their Quarantine stay at Home.
For purposes of verification/confirmation of vaccination status, any of the following shall be acceptable:
a. For Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their spouse, parent/s, and/or children traveling with them: a Certification from the Philippine Overseas Labor Office in the country of origin;
b. For Filipinos and foreigners fully vaccinated in the Philippines: either their VaxCertPH digital vaccination certificate or BOQ-issued International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICV);
c. For non-OFWs and foreigners fully vaccinated abroad: the national digital certificate of the foreign government which has accepted VaxCertPH under a reciprocal arrangement or BOQ-issued ICV.
Individuals whose vaccination status cannot be independently verified/confirmed by Philippine authorities as valid and authentic coming from either “Yellow” List countries/territories/jurisdictions, shall be required to undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of their negative RT-PCR testing taken on the seventh (7th) day. After which, they shall be required to undergo home quarantine until their fourteenth (14th) day, with the day of arrival being the first day. The BOQ shall ensure strict symptom monitoring while in the facility. Foreign nationals shall be required to secure their own pre-booked accommodation of at least eight (8) days;
“Green List” countries/jurisdictions/territories are those classified by the IATF as “Low Risk” countries/jurisdictions/territories, upon recommendation of the DOH based the following metrics: (i.) for populations greater than 100,000, the incidence rate (cumulative new cases over the past 28 days per 100,000 population) shall be less than 50; and (ii.) For populations less than 100,000, the COVID-19 case counts (cumulative new cases over the past 28 days) shall be less than 50, as prescribed by its Technical Advisory Group.

HOTEL POLICIES DURING QUARANTINE PERIOD
• Guests shall be confined to their rooms. Mingling with occupants of other rooms shall be strictly prohibited.
• Using hotel facilities such as swimming pool is prohibited. Guest shall not be allowed in public areas.
• No cleaning of rooms for duration of stay. Hotel shall provide cleaning materials upon request.
• Guests shall be provided with fresh linens and amenities on request, delivered to their door, and left outside for collection. Used linens can be placed in a plastic bag and left outside the room for retrieval by the staff.
• Food Service shall be delivered to their door in take out box. Waiter shall not be allowed to enter the room at anytime.
• Outside food such as grab food and online food deliveries are not allowed.
• No visitors shall be allowed to any of the rooms.
• Any violation will be reported to Bureau of Quarantine.
